Program Details:
2% of the base price on your first StoneMill new home sale.
2.33% of the base price on your second StoneMill new home sale.
2.67% of the base price on your third StoneMill new home sale.
3% of the base price on your fourth StoneMill new home sale.
3.33% of the base price on your fifth StoneMill new home sale.
3.67% of the base price on your sixth StoneMill new home sale.
4% of the base price on your seventh and all subsequent StoneMill new home sales.
PLUS PRE-PAID COMMISSIONS - You will receive your commission when the contract is executed, the deposit is received, and the buyers financing is approved.
Commission escalation resets every January.
