The Framing Lead Foreman will build the structure of a home from the foundation up. Framing a home is thought of as “the most rewarding part of a project”, because how rapidly a bare foundation becomes a home.
As a Framing Lead Foreman you will have everything you need to frame a home – detailed blueprints, a clean and backfilled jobsite, a company truck, tool trailer, and all your materials onsite.
Requirements and Responsibilities
• 4+ Years’ experience as a carpenter/framer
• In-depth knowledge of stick-frame practices and assemblies
• Read and understand the house design blueprints
• Clearly communicate tasks to team members (written or orally)
• Answer questions that the crew members have
• Have foresight on schedule and work with the project manager on job schedule
• Work with the Project Manager to get materials onsite
• Work with the Project Manager to schedule inspections

The Framing Crew Members are the team that build and assemble the wood structure of a home.
As a Framing Crew Member you will build floor systems, walls, stairs, and roof systems. Framing Crew Members are more than athletes – working hard in various weather conditions, climbing in high rafter systems, carrying heavy loads, and navigating with insane balance on top of walls and open floor systems.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
• Energetic and hardworking
• Ability to focus to complete tasks with quick manner
• Ability to stay attentive while working in a fast pace and dangerous environment
• 1+ Years’ experience in the construction industry
• Basic knowledge of stick-frame construction assembly and practices
• Personal tool belt with carpenter tools (speed square, hammer, tape measure, pencil, utility knife, chisel, chalk line)
• Communication skills – you will need to clearly understand tasks that the foreman gives you and be able to work with your team members to complete the task
-
The Concrete Crew Members are strong, resolute individuals that build the most important components of communities and homes that people don’t really think about. To an experienced Concrete Crew Member the foundations, roads, and sidewalks are admirable works of art — there’s a great satisfaction when the projects are complete and your friends and community can use the facilities and homes that you built without really understanding the effort and skill it required to build.
As a Concrete Crew Member you will become skilled and knowledgeable in the concrete field – and soon realize that everyone wants your help with their project.
Your work will teach you a ton about the structures of buildings, road designs and a general knowledge of how building projects come together, along with, of course, the technicalities and nuances of concrete (sidewalk slopes, ADA access requirements, curb profiles, troweling and finishing methods, concrete slumps, and so much more) All-in-all there is a ton to learn about concrete and the general public has no idea!
There are several specialties of Concrete Crew Members, but the team as a whole builds the formwork, ties in reinforcing, places the concrete, and then strips the formwork. The process calls for a solid team that can work together efficiently and smoothly.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
• Energetic and hardworking
• Ability to focus to complete tasks with quick manner
• Ability to stay attentive while working in a fast pace and dangerous environment
• 1+ Years’ experience in the construction industry
• Personal tool belt with carpenter tools (speed square, hammer, tape measure, pencil, utility knife, chisel, chalk line) – additional tools recommended (like screw guns and concrete finishing tools)
• Personal rubber boots
• Communication skills – you will need to clearly understand tasks and be able to work with your team members

Requirements and Responsibilities:
• 4+ Years experience with carpentry and interior finishes
• Energetic and hardworking
• Ability to focus to complete tasks with quick manner
• Detail oriented
• Personal tool belt with carpenter tools (speed square, hammer, tape measure, pencil, utility knife, chisel, chalk line)
• Communication skills – you will need to clearly understand tasks and be able to work with your team members
