1. Register your clients
Register your clients to make sure you receive your Agent Commission for the transaction. Fill out this form and email us a copy, or stop by our office to fill out a form.
2. Accompany your client on their Initial StoneMill Visit
It is best when Realtors accompany their clients on their first visit to StoneMill. This visit connects everyone involved, right at the beginning, and is a great time to ask questions about move-in-ready homes, upcoming homes, and the sales process.
3. Updates
As our Realtor partner, you will be updated regularly on the process with construction schedule, paperwork needs, and appointments. We understand that it is your Client, and strive to give them a pleasant experience in building their new home.
4. Commission
We pay realtor commissions based on the total sale of a Quick-Move-In home, and the base price of a Pre-Sold home. We have our own builder forms and contracts, give a call if you have questions.
